I felt the hotel had a city view on the 13th floor, and it was clean and comfy, though some service interactions were a bit rude. The location, close to Ikebukuro station and Sunshine Avenue, was a superb find in Tokyo.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfy on the 2nd floor, offering a nice city view. The staff, while asking us to pay our room, were kind, attentive, creating a homely atmosphere. The location was superb, like a secret gem in Tokyo, exactly where we wanted it, just a 7-10 minute walk from Ikebukuro station. However, the service was not particularly helpful at times. The hotel was really close to Ikebukuro station, in an area that felt like a secret gem.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the staff's behavior was quite rude at times.
